• At TYFA, we are committed to ensuring a fair and professional experience for all participants. If you have a complaint about a game day matter, please fill out our official Complaint Form completely.

• To help us review and address concerns efficiently, please keep the following in mind:

  • 1. Use the Complaint Form – TYFA will only review and respond to complaints submitted through the designated form. Emails, phone calls, or vague messages like “Call me, I want to complain” will not be acknowledged.

    2. Provide Valid Contact Information – TYFA will not respond to complaints from anonymous or unverified email addresses. A valid contact is required for any necessary follow-ups.

    3. Be Clear and Factual – Please provide specific details, including dates, times, teams, and individuals involved. Avoid emotional narratives—stick to the facts to help us resolve the issue quickly.

TYFA provides Liability Insurance for organizations hosting practices and games at their facilities. This coverage includes spectator injury claims, offering protection in case someone gets hurt while attending a TYFA-sanctioned event.

Filing a Spectator Injury Claim

• If you’re a spectator who was injured at an event and want to file a claim against the host organization's insurance, here’s what you need to do:

  • 1. Hire an Attorney – Our insurance provider requires that all claims go through legal representation. TYFA cannot process claims directly from spectators.

    2. Submit a Letter of Representation – Your attorney must send a Letter of Representation to TYFA at Information@tyfa.com, stating that they are handling your claim.

    3. Insurance Review & Next Steps – Once we receive the letter, we will forward it to our insurance provider. After that, all communication regarding your claim will be between your attorney and the insurance company. TYFA will not be involved in the process beyond submitting the initial documentation.
